The Pythagorean philosophy influenced by Orpheus with some mysticism factors. Greek philosophy start mathematical tradition from Pythagorean. Pythagorean used mathematical music law to generate the concept of harmony after the ancient Greek philosopher. Pythagoras also know as traditional knowledge of the Pythagorean theorem ( also known as the Pythagorean theorem ) first discoverer.

2.Read Greece & Rome
The Greece and Rome always confused by people, but both of them have differences. This 2 country located at Mediterranean but they have different social class and mythology about it. In 5th century BC, Greece was thrived but Rome did not thrive for hundreds of the years. So , it is believed that much of the things and issues of what Rome used in daily life was adopted from the ancient Greece civilization, however with minor alternations.
In this society, the Greece can be separate in 5 part: slaves, freeman, metics, citizens and women. In Greece society, the women are treated as lesser individual. A rather women were considered citizens, if there were not born into slavery, however they were not able to hold political offices or vote .
The Greek were incorporating in3 different architechture styles: Corinthian, Doric and Ionic. A Greek architecture is inspired the Romans, this is because it turn adopted Grecian style however they incororated arches and aqueducts in their buildings. Greek love to use famous people as a sculpture while Roman more focus on the building architecture design and technique. Greek use the materials like plaster, wood, marble and metals to create their architecture. While Rome use some of the same materials , they use concrete as a new building material, something the Greek never had before.
Greece and Rome is the famous on the mythology and social development. A famous manuscrpit The Iliad , produced by Greeks. this is a similarity approximately 700 years later, the Roman produced The Aeneid. This created mythological differences between both of them, the values of the eople and their outlook of life. A Greek always focus on their behavior until now, they never planning on the life after they died. Whereas a Romans believed that if they were ideal and model citizens they could become Gods in the after life.
At the last, the differentiate between Greece and Rome is the festival. Rome's festival that represented something for the King or rules on that time but in Greece it was mostly the sport festivals for example the Olympic games. The Olympic Games took every 4 years and had 5 events for example wrestling, running, chariot races, jumping, and the javelin.

3.Research Rome & Byzantium
The Roman empire under Constantine (the Great) moved it's Imperial Capital to a small town called Byzantium which had been suitably embellished and expanded then given the Constantinople.
During the reign of Dioclecian the administrtive and militry burdens on the Empire were found to be too great for a single location to control. Hence both the military and administrtion were split between Constantinople and Rome, with, and this is the important part, the Emperor in Constantinople, but a second subsidiary 'Emperor' in Rome.
The Eastern Empire was much more viable economically than the west, and a lot of in fighting occurred between the two 'emperors' (and their subordinates). Eventually given human nature, the two sides broke apart formally as well as in actuality.
Hence the question, which is the Roman Empire?
In my view - the Byzantinie Empire IS the Roman empire, there is no difference between the two. The fact that the capital moved to Constantinople is irrelevent. The confusion arises due to the existance of a state with it's capital in Rome also calling itself the Roman Empire.
BTW - a historian would probably pull my summary apart but I've tried to keep it brief and, in outline, it is correct. Reality (as usual) was a lot more complex.
